The lead actor carries this entirely. Take him out and it's a below-average short with continuity mistakes, he gets bottled on the back of the head and the cut shows up on his forehead.

Person who said they don't watch AI verticals, right here. That was an hour and a half gone. (everyone's gorgeous. even the villains. kind of unfair?) The older sister dies at her sister's hands and wakes up three years earlier, except the sister came back with her. In the previous life the older one threw her wreath first and married a nobleman, while the younger got stuck with a broke wandering musician. She decided that was unfair and killed her sister over it. So this time around, she calls dibs on throwing first. Which leaves the older sister with the broke musician. Who turns out to be the sun god (?!) He'd come down to the mortal world dodging his mother's push to marry a goddess, was just spectating, and accidentally caught a wreath. Sir. You were only supposed to be watching, why were you standing in the line 😭 He falls for the woman who took his hand knowing he had nothing. The first half is a proper climb, she clears one task after another and keeps moving up. Then the back half unpacks his identity and backstory, and she quietly becomes a side character in her own show. His behavior gets inconsistent too. Strong start, weak finish
The cop's-daughter-and-gang-leader angle gives every scene a built-in cost, and the show actually uses it instead of forgetting halfway. High heat, but the tension comes from what they stand to lose, not just the chemistry. The father subplot is what pushes it above the usual bad-boy fare.
The threat actually gives up peacefully and nobody gets kidnapped. Massive character development for the genre
So bad it loops back around to good. Corny, dumb, and I could not put it down. The visuals are polished like a K-drama to the point of being flavorless, the cast looks like it was pulled straight from a modeling competition, and the plot is daytime soap territory. Still watched every episode. This is pure brainrot and I was here for it
