False Sacrifice, True Queen of the Sea

Betrayed by her stepmother, Coralia is thrown to the sea god but saved by Poseidon. They bind in divine marriage; he leaves to battle Typhon, and five years pass on land. She births Alex, is imprisoned and drained, but at the stake Poseidon returns, slays her captors, and brings them home. Under the sea, Ploto's schemes trigger Coralia's dragon awakening—revealing her as the lost goddess-daughter and destined queen. Ploto is banished, Tethys repents, and Coralia is crowned, with Alex as heir; together they rule the seas.
