Under the Guise of Love

A wealthy single woman falls for a bartender, who becomes her secret lover. Unknown to each other, they both have ulterior motives: He plans to swindle her to save his terminally sick ex-girlfriend, while she wants his kidney for her brother's transplant. However, the ex-girlfriend is secretly dating the woman's wealthy brother, and lies about being single and seriously ill to outrun poverty. When the woman takes the bartender abroad for the kidney transplant, he runs into his ex-girlfriend, unraveling all their deceptions.
