This cast deserves Oscar nominations purely for delivering these lines with straight faces 😂
Overall it's fine, but it drags in places and spends way too much time on the guy who keeps getting between them and the antagonist. ⚠ CW: past trauma, mental health, non-consensual recording/sharing/outing, physical assault Liked - visuals - the softer moments Room for improvement - two separate people wedge themselves between the leads and one of them should have been cut - kissing him mid-panic-attack was not it - no reason he couldn't have explained the childhood thing so much earlier

Chen Si x Lin Qiunai Insane from the very first scene! The kiss scenes? Chemistry off the charts with this couple That said, lots of kisses, but few of them actually earned, and the plot's pretty stale
She wears concealer over the birthmark for a man she believes is blind, and the script never once notices. The comedy carries what the logic cannot.
There's potential here and it's still a letdown. Same storyline every time, wrung dry, completely flat. The fantasy spin looked promising and the leads are genuinely good, I actually feel bad for them. Someone please come in and write something new. It isn't the dialogue, it's the storytelling. This whole vertical scene is starving for an actual story
The car accident scene at the start might be the laziest ever filmed, and 'a mother who can't recognize her own child' is doing all the heavy lifting. Couldn't buy in.
Smart move putting the online identity reveal in the middle instead of saving it for the finale, it turns the second half into him deciding what to do with what he knows, which is far more interesting than another round of bickering. The scholarship-student framing is thin, but the leads carry it.
"Daddy always taught me to give to the less fortunate" and then she points straight at the one kid 👀 the writing here is unhinged

I'd forgive them, but I wouldn't want anything to do with them afterwards. Her life turned out so much better than it ever would have with those people raising her.
The concept of this short drama is fascinating. A woman fleeing a mysterious organization flags down a truck driver for help, and the two conceive a child in the truck. The next morning, the man leaves her for reasons unknown, implied to be an illegal or legal arms dealer given the context. Five years later, they reunite when she tracks him down to hold him accountable as their daughter's father. It turns out he is the richest man in the world, claiming to be 'stronger than Superman' (!) and effortlessly leaping over a speeding car, hinting that he is some kind of superhuman. He and his father conspire to keep their relationship a secret under the premise that 'the time is not yet right.' When the wife's CEO position is threatened, he demands that powerful domestic and international entrepreneurs repay favors he once granted them, one of whom even declares he would hand over his entire fortune if asked. The setup is intriguing, but the hidden truths are never revealed: How did he make his fortune? Why was he living in hiding? How can he leap over cars? How can he take down multiple men at once? The idea is brilliant and the acting is great, but it leaves all those dangling plot
The leads sell every ridiculous beat with completely straight faces. Honestly impressive commitment to a plot this unhinged.
Blew through this faster than I meant to. The accidental-email premise is a great engine because the embarrassment never fully resets, it keeps escalating instead. Both leads land the comedy, and the roommate twist arrives before the setup gets tired. Nothing groundbreaking, just well-paced fun.
So stupid and yet I watched every minute.. I mean... King... of CEOs?? 😂😅
Their phones are clearly the latest model and these two still can't recognize their own spouse 😂😂
