Of Rose and Thorns

Jiang Wu and Gu Jingyun enter a fake marriage for the sake of family interests. The Gu family helps Jiang Wu pay off her debts, and Jiang Wu cooperates with Gu Jingyun in taking care of his grandmother. However, Gu Jingyun only uses Jiang Wu without any genuine feelings, remaining faithful to his first love, Qiao Xiner. Lonely and in despair, Jiang Wu drowns her sorrows in a bar, where she meets Yan Du. His warmth and thoughtfulness are like a beam of light in the dark, illuminating her life. Yan Du helps Jiang Wu time and again, and gradually, the two develop feelings for each other. During a designer competition, Jiang Wu unexpectedly discovers that Yan Du, whom she had always regarded as a kept man, is actually the president of the Yan Group.
