Ryan ruined Jen's life. Some time after that she takes a job as a piano tutor for the Beck Foundation, which puts her where she needs to be, and she begins working through a plan she had laid out beforehand. Blair is one of the Beck heiresses and is married to Ryan, and she gives ground to nobody. Jen keeps ending up across from her. Zack had been working alongside Jen. He goes over to the other side.
