Synopsis

Natalie and Lucas grow up together. She is still in his life after he marries Elena, and he never asks her to step back from it. The things done to Elena are called loyalty tests. Natalie arranges them, Lucas allows it every time, and Elena comes out of them injured, with the harm carried out in the name of love. Her family is ruined over the same period. Elena is pregnant by the time Lucas turns thirty. She has spent a long time on a surprise for the birthday. It goes wrong on the day, badly enough that she loses the baby.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
