Synopsis
Harper Reeves is in her senior year at Yale and wants to get through it without ending up friendless. Her party is broken up by Chris Collins, her father's best friend and his business partner, who arrives in place of the police she had expected. Chris takes an overprotective line with her and Harper decides she wants him out of the house. She and her best friend Maria put together Operation Seduction: Harper will make Chris fall in love with her, and her father will then throw him out himself. Chris keeps pulling Harper out of trouble while the plan runs, and Harper starts to think she has feelings for him.

I actually thought this was one of the good ones, Jesse was solid and the leads had real chemistry.
Between the dyed-grey hair, the dangling forehead curl and the borrowed Ana Huang plot beats, it's hard to take seriously. Watch it muted, it improves.
Did they seriously lift the entire Twisted Love plot? Everything from the thunderstorm scene on down is straight out of the book.
Fun fact, the lead was a Magic Mike dancer in Vegas with Channing Tatum... and honestly, it tracks 😳
Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<
