The Virgin's Bucket List

Lindsay wants a boyfriend before she graduates. The boy who has just moved into her house is off limits. He is Wayne Adams, a football player her father Mike recruited for the school team Mike coaches, and Mike has warned her to keep away from him. Their first meeting goes badly. She keeps whatever she feels about him to herself. She looks elsewhere. The guys she tries are unreliable and the dates end in embarrassment, and each time she is in trouble Wayne is the one who gets her out of it. The two of them grow close and begin a relationship in secret. At school the bullying has been getting worse, and Lindsay starts standing up for the students on the receiving end of it. That earns her the backing and the respect of the rest of the school.
