Synopsis
A young woman believes she is going to marry one of the Miller brothers. She has lived in their house for three years. Her godmother, Aunt Sandra, took her in when her parents died, and Sandra's two sons treated her with affection the whole time. Then Lola, the housekeeper's daughter, moves in. The brother she loves most turns to Lola and breaks her heart. The affection the brothers had shown her is now given to Lola, and they turn on her. She leaves the house. After she is gone the brothers realise what she meant to them, and they search for her frantically.
