Bow to the Baby Boss

Trevor James, crown prince of the James Dynasty a thousand years ago, drinks too much one night, has an accident, and wakes in the body of a six-year-old boy in the present-day James family. He has to learn modern life from nothing. Inside the house there is a power struggle going on. His uncles are fighting one another, openly and in private, and the cousins his own age shut him out. He is pulled into it regardless. He was trained in the politics of a royal court, and he writes verse and plans strategy well beyond the age he now appears to be. He gets through one family confrontation after another by playing the factions off against each other and keeping his real intelligence hidden behind a child's face. The family is run by Grandmother Brianna Cooper, and over time he starts to win her over.
