The Billionaire Orphan

Shen Qingshan wants to keep his younger sister Qiaoqiao at home with him after their parents die. His eldest uncle's family push the two of them around, and the uncle and his son come close to selling Qiaoqiao off. The old wooden cabin the family has kept for generations opens onto another time. Cheap vegetables that will not sell at home are worth a great deal on the other side, and from there he brings back wild mountain ginseng dug in the 1980s, old medicines and antiques that fetch real money in the present. He uses the money to keep Qiaoqiao safe and to help the neighbours. He pays for a shop for Su Mei, the girl he liked when they were children, and comes to know Xu Qingxue, who runs a hotpot restaurant. He starts to push back against his uncle. When he saves an important man with one of the old medicines, the man opens a legal trade channel for him, and he begins bringing the rest of the village into the business.
