Synopsis

Lu Jingqian assumes that Yu Nian will keep forgiving him whatever he does. For the three years they are together he treats her patience as something he can spend freely. When her disappointment finally outweighs what she feels for him, she ends it without hesitation and marries another man in a flash wedding, putting herself first. Only then does he fall into regret. He goes after her hard, but the lamp she used to keep lit for him has gone out and her life has turned toward someone else. In that pain he begins, late, to look at what he did to her.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
