Synopsis

Princess Valerie married Therak, the Dragon King. Her kingdom's safety was the condition of the marriage. On the wedding night she had a dagger under her pillow, set for his heart. Therak was under a curse with a term attached: he had to devour her before the Blood Moon, or the curse would take him instead. Later, when something came for Valerie, he stepped in front of it at the risk of his own life. The arrangement had put the two of them on opposite sides and they became lovers anyway. The Blood Moon is rising now, which is when the term of the curse comes due.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
