Her Gilded Cage

This is a gripping commercial drama series that blends elements of crime syndicates, eroticism, taboo romance, and female empowerment. The core story can be summarized as follows: Anne, a wealthy young woman in financial distress, finds herself in a desperate situation after being deceived, exploited, and humiliated by her boyfriend William and his best friend Sophia; throughout this ordeal, she is repeatedly rescued by William's mother—Vera, the female boss of the mafia. Amidst the tug-of-war between social taboos and intense attraction, Anne gradually comes to see the true nature of those around her; under Vera's guidance and protection, she evolves from a vulnerable "white rabbit" at the mercy of others into the second-in-command of the family, ultimately joining forces with Vera to send their enemies to prison.
