A Sister’s Stand

Synopsis

The night before Lauren Green's wedding, her brother Ryan took a hundred grand from her and then refused to carry her out of the house on his back, which is the brother's part in the ceremony. Lauren had grown up with a father who favoured Ryan and worked out what each of them was worth to him. Her husband backed her when she pushed back against the pair of them. She took her mother with her out of the family, cut off contact for good, and started over with the people who wanted her there.

You Are My Antidote

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
