The Country Doctor's Secret Heirs

A mix-up with the wedding cars puts Peter Ortiz, who weighs a hundred kilos, into the wrong vehicle and married to Olive Knox, a CEO with a temper. The chain of accidents that follows leaves Olive with an injury she does not recover from, and she sends Peter off to a remote village, with an agreement that they will divorce in five years. Peter's sibling Riley hears about the marriage and works out that Peter has married into a great deal of money. Riley comes to the village with hired killers to settle the matter. At the point where the men close in, the soul of an ancient physician, who carried the same name, settles into Peter's body, and the fight ends quickly and badly for Riley. Peter stays in the village and opens a practice in traditional medicine, treating the people around him and building a reputation from nothing. A month later Olive finds out she is pregnant, and the pregnancy turns out to be quintuplets.
