She Stayed Married to Win Everything

Synopsis

Jiang Nian keeps up the marriage in front of everyone. She stays in the house, and she moves her husband's money and his contacts toward her father and her daughter a little at a time. She had asked for the divorce on the day she found out what he had been doing. Then she got through to herself ten years further on, and saw what that divorce would do to her father and to her daughter's plans. The word went unsaid after that. She watches her husband and the woman he is seeing without letting on, and keeps working on the way out.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
