Synopsis

Vermont Kingdom’s dragon bloodline has faded 300 years. Princess Eliana is framed as "Daughter of Destruction" by a false prophecy, abandoned by her father; her mother Serena loses her sight to send her away with dragon power. 20 years later, steppe warrior Eliana finds her enslaved blind mother, awakening dormant dragon blood. Facing plots, betrayal and invasion, she tames dragons and becomes first Dragon Queen of a human-dragon realm.

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
