Synopsis

Thirteen years ago, the Smith family covered up a fatal mining disaster that killed Sophia Roberts’ father and brother. When her mother sought justice, they silenced her with a staged hit-and-run and buried the truth. To avenge her family, Sophia deliberately pursues Arthur Smith and takes a near-fatal blow meant for him—only to be coldly abandoned. She marries Arthur’s elder brother Richard, using her pregnancy as leverage to secure a massive stake in the family conglomerate.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
