The Ice Luna's Wrath: Frozen Betrayal

At the Blood Moon ceremony the Alpha, Jaxon, breaks his mate bond in front of the pack, crowns a new Luna, and sends the woman he has rejected out into a blizzard to die. The new Luna is Seraphina. The woman in the snow is Seraphina's sister, Elara, who has never been able to shift, has been treated as a defective wolf on account of it, and by this point believes she is not worth loving. On the edge of death, the cold wakes something in her blood, the power of the frost dragons, which everyone thought had died out. Seraphina now wants her killed, and the ruling council has begun to covet what she can do. Jaxon, who cast her out, has decided he wants her back. Every time Elara uses the frost it erases one of her memories, and the ones it takes are the warm ones. There is a prophecy behind all of it, one that took her identity from her, and she has to uncover it, protect the innocent, and decide how much of herself she will give up to bring down the people who despised her.
