The Broken Heiress Who Came Back a Champion

Livia is the Lin family's adopted daughter, and when the family's own daughter comes back after years away, Livia sets her up. The daughter is Liliana, who was kidnapped as a small child and grew up outside the family, and who came back to the Lins thinking she had found a home. Livia's scheme gets her sent to a correctional facility. She comes out of it with one arm disabled and the career she had been building gone with it. Liliana leaves the country with her agent, Mark, and trains hard for three years. She comes back as Shadow, a Grand Slam champion, with her real name kept out of it. In the final of the Open, Livia tries again, this time with a plan to have her kidnapped and the match fixed. Liliana foils both and exposes her in front of everyone. The Lin family and her former fiancé ask her to come back to them, and she turns them down. The rest of the final she plays under her real name.
