Synopsis

He is a merchant's son, the same as his elder brother, and what he cannot get is an answer to why his brother eats well and has warm clothes while he is put to sleep in a dog kennel and fed moldy bread. The reason goes back to the day he was born. Thunder rolled across the whole sky, and people took it for the heavens objecting to a child born with cursed bones. The Master pronounced him an ill-fated lone star, someone who brings disaster on the people around him. His own parents call him a monster. That is how he lives up to the day he meets a little girl.

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
