Synopsis

Serena loved James for seven years, but he always swapped her name cards for blanks at the annual blind draw. Before the eighth gala, she heard him plan to marry her next year after calming Bella. Heartbroken, she drew Lucian Blackwood, James's enemy, and married him instead. James went bankrupt, and Bella was exposed. Years later, James and Bella died in a warehouse fight, while Serena and Lucian lived happily with their daughter.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
