Two Babies, One Divorce

William's grandfather drugs him and puts him in Annabelle's bed. The old man wants Annabelle as his granddaughter-in-law, and William has paid her no attention because all of it goes to another woman. Annabelle is pregnant after that night, and William leaves without an explanation. He comes back to the family when she is eight months along, and Annabelle takes his return to mean her waiting is over. Then she overhears him arguing with his grandfather. The woman he loves has late-stage cancer, and he means to divorce Annabelle, marry her, and send the baby abroad. Annabelle gives up on him at that point. An older schoolmate of hers helps her fake her own death and the baby's, and they go abroad. Five years later she comes back under a different name, with her son, and by chance comes across a boy who looks exactly like him.
