Synopsis

Legendary lawyer Arthur Vance is hired to secure an acquittal for Brody, the son of a pharmaceutical tycoon, on rape charges. Just before the trial, he is horrified to learn that his own son was brutally beaten and his daughter-in-law miscarried—and the perpetrator is none other than his client, Brody. Consumed by grief and fury, Arthur turns on Brody in open court. But his student Vince, bought off by the tycoon, steals Arthur’s meticulously prepared “perfect defense strategy” and betrays him on the stand. Arthur merely smirks—and unleashes his ultimate counterstrike.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
