Synopsis

Ten years after her best friend Blythe dies by suicide following an assault, Tamsin Rowe is condemned by the whole town as the woman who protected the attacker. Hated, isolated, and dying, Tamsin has spent years refusing to reveal the name everyone demands. Then Imogen, once her closest friend, returns as the country’s richest woman and drags Tamsin onto a public Memory Trial. The device was made for death-row criminals, and every extracted memory will be broadcast to the world. As the trial begins, Tamsin begs Imogen to stop. Some truths, once exposed, can never be buried again.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
