System: The Vintage Update

Sean served with a special forces unit before a missile strike caught him. He woke up in Baghdad in the middle of a war, bound to a dealer system that would only supply him World War II weapons. He set up a small arms shop to give himself a base and a cover, and got to know Ahmed, a former Iraqi special forces soldier, who became his partner. Sean's tactical training and close-quarters fighting kept him alive through several deals that went wrong, and the shop grew. He recruited Simon, Zhang Jun and other shooters and founded a private security firm called White Dove. The system unlocked Cold War stock and then Mi-24 gunships, and the firm took work in Iraq, Myanmar and other conflict zones. Sean spent as much time negotiating between warlords, criminal gangs and intelligence agencies as fighting, and ran a string of high-risk contracts while building the business toward arms trading and security on a larger scale.
