Synopsis

Felix Olson's father had once saved Larry Smith. Larry's parents made Larry give up his prospects and hand the chance over to Felix, who was also his cousin. Susie Keller, whom Larry loved and was engaged to, pressed him to do the same for Felix. Larry left home. After Larry was gone, Susie found out what Felix was really like. She regretted what she had done and went looking for Larry everywhere. By then there was already another woman at Larry's side.

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
