Sisters Have Crush On The Same Man

Rosa and Emma are sisters living in a castle their father inherited. Rosa is engaged to Edward Douglas, who is wealthy. Then an accident puts Rosa in a coma. The wedding is not called off. To keep up appearances Emma takes her sister's place and marries Edward herself, under Rosa's name. The months that follow are difficult for both of them, and somewhere in the middle of it real feeling starts to grow between Emma and Edward. Six months after the accident Rosa wakes up. Emma has to tell her what happened while she was gone, and that she took her sister's place in the marriage and in Edward's affections.
