Backing of the Immortals

Luca works an ordinary office job. His mother is seriously ill and the treatment costs more than he earns, so after work he puts on a frog costume and sells balloons on a live stream. For reasons he does not understand, the only viewers in his room are gods. One day, mid stream, he sees a small girl in trouble in the street and goes in after her. After that rescue the gifts arriving in his chat stop being stickers. They are real gifts from the immortals, sent down to him through the stream, and they are enough to make the people who used to push him around into something he can play with.
