The perfect Husband

Kayla Harrison and Jack Harrison have been married three years. Her father is an oil tycoon; his father is that man's best friend and business partner of long standing, and the marriage was arranged between the two families. They run the family holdings together and do well at it. Jack works at being a perfect husband. Kayla still cannot love him, and while telling him he is not doing enough for the marriage she is seeing Maxwell, her boyfriend from school, the man she would have married if her parents had allowed it. Jack asks her one day what he could do better. Kayla tells him to go to a marriage counselor a friend recommended. The counselor is Sara. Over the sessions Jack finds himself drawn to her. Sara keeps her distance at first, knowing what it would mean for her work, then admits to herself that she feels the same. Jack promises to protect her, and they begin seeing each other privately.
