Synopsis

Lauretha Thomas has been turned down for jobs for months. Her family is in financial trouble and the rejections keep coming. Her best friend Pamela talks her into a night at an expensive club, a place well outside what Lauretha can afford, and she goes reluctantly and drinks to quiet the anxiety. She spills wine down the shirt of Jayden McClarke, a CEO known for being cold and calculating. His look makes it clear he does not tolerate mistakes. Before she can apologize or straighten herself out, he takes her by the arm and pulls her along with him.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
