Honey Gold

Amanda Grey's father is close to losing everything, and she needs someone with standing to rebuild his reputation. She agrees to be with Jade Smith for that reason, and tells Sandra Keith so directly, saying she has put nothing of herself into the relationship. Sandra is in love with Jade. She has spent her time pushing him and Amanda together anyway, because Amanda is her best friend and Sandra wants what is best for her. To make Jade a man of influence, and to give him a chance at the woman he wants, Sandra agreed to be with Tony Delvin, the richest man in town. Poverty still hangs on Jade. Sandra now has Amanda's confession and has to decide whether to tell Jade or let him keep the happiness he thinks is real.
