Synopsis

Reid woke up inside the story as the villain master, the role written to die. He kept the disciples close instead: he protected one of them, took on the training of the others, and worked to hold off the plot before it reached him. The eldest disciple, cold in manner, left a heater beside him while he was refining pills. The youngest kept inventing reasons to study swordwork in his room. He pushed those attachments away and dealt at the same time with the original protagonist, who was closing in on him step by step. One of the disciples was badly hurt shielding him.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
