Synopsis

Fighters go up the Demon Tower believing they are the hero of the story. The apocalypse has brought monsters into the tower, humans have woken powers of their own, and the strongest boss sits at the top: the Demon King, Jiuming. Wave after wave of them climb, and they fall one after another. The contest is between strength and the script that has already been written, and someone finally turns up who tears at that script.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
