Call Me By Your Heart

Emma became pregnant with Michael's child. Rebecca, who was in love with Michael, found out and threatened her. Emma wanted the baby kept safe and Michael's career left alone, so she paid an actor to stage a scene, let Michael believe she had been unfaithful, and left. Rebecca took the baby after Emma gave birth, presented the boy as evidence of her own devotion, won Michael's trust, and married him. Seven years pass. Michael is a baseball star with influence over the whole club. He finds Emma working there as a cleaner and, through a mix of threats and offers, makes her his personal assistant. Working next to each other brings the old feeling back. Emma begins to think that Michael's son Jerry is the child she lost. At a contract signing, Michael states publicly that he is divorcing Rebecca and that he loves Emma. Rebecca turns on Emma in front of everyone. Jerry is then diagnosed with leukemia. Emma volunteers to be tested as a bone marrow donor, and the test confirms Jerry is her son.
