Respawn for Revenge

Kellan Rowe designed games for a company. He learned things about it he was not supposed to know, and the company ordered him killed. His girlfriend Luna went along with it. His parents died. He was taken into the jungle terrain of the game he had built and killed there. He wakes up as a low-level Goro Beast in that same jungle, carrying the inherited power of a young creature of the Jungle Lord. He works quests, collects Jungle Points and unlocks invisibility, flight and poison. He recruits the Mist Mushrooms and other factions and goes after the company's Second Division one group at a time. Being a monster carries a Monster Will that corrupts him as he levels, so he travels to the Maze Valley for the Helenia flowers, which purge it. On the way he deals with the Grunt tribe and with human expeditions sent in after him, and he kills Fabricio Leal. When he reaches Salombruna the residents take him for His Highness the Saviour, which puts him inside their internal quarrels and in front of the Grunt King. He is looking for the Mia Steles.
