Let the Moon Fall

Olivia Johnson had known General William Smith since they were children. When his wife Emily Smith was five months pregnant, Olivia brought the Moon Tribes down on the palace, meaning for them to rape and kill Emily. The tribesmen took Olivia for the general's wife instead and killed her. Before she died she left a message in blood putting the whole thing on Emily. William believed it. He decided Emily had called the Moon Tribes in and caused Olivia's death, and he handed Emily, now six months pregnant, to a Moon Tribe war prisoner. She lost the child and died in despair. She woke up on the day of the palace raid, before any of it had happened. This time she set out to find someone who could protect her, to keep the Empress alive, and to prove she had done nothing.
