Synopsis

Wealthy families here settle their disputes privately, and a woman marrying into one has no standing of her own if the family turns on her. Lilian sets up Jenny to look responsible for the death of Parker's sister. Parker, engaged to Jenny, believes it. He keeps her close and treats her badly for two years' worth of grievance, pushing her as far as she will go. Jenny keeps working at the question of what actually happened, with help from Michael. The truth comes out, and Parker, who by then has nothing to be angry about, tries to repair what he broke.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
