The Hidden Tyrant

Su Yu's mother was murdered when he was five years old, and he knew who did it: the senior lady of the Northern Pacification Marquis's household. To stay alive he spent the next fifteen years playing the useless rich son. Fifteen years on, the emperor announces a martial tournament to pick a husband for his only daughter. Envoys from three foreign kingdoms enter their princes and mock the court while they are at it. The emperor orders his top warrior, Qin Wu, to sift the young contenders. Su Yu puts Qin Wu on the ground with one punch, badly hurting him, and is let into the tournament. In the arena, once the three princes have beaten everyone else, he goes in and finishes them with another punch. He is named the princess's husband. From inside the palace he works on getting close to the emperor and, with help from his old teacher, starts bringing the chief minister's plots into the open, along with what was done to his mother.
