My Brother Dragged Me Back to Hell

The gangs run the city, and the police cannot touch the men at the top of them. A dancer has spent eight years hiding her name to stay out of the one her family belongs to. Her brother tracks her down and brings her back to the family house anyway, where her adopted sister has traps waiting for her, one attempt after another on her life. To stay alive she picks up her old identity again and starts planning instead of running. Working through it she finds that the sister and the gang's old master have been dealing with foreign powers and selling out the country. The old case of her mother's killing comes apart at the same time. Her mother had belonged to a patriotic organisation, and the man who killed her is the old master, who has been sitting in front of her the whole time looking kind.
