Synopsis

Cathy Fisher is living the same day twice. She wakes twenty-four hours before her daughter Cara is killed, and everyone around Cara is still who they appear to be, including Brenda, the friend Cara defends, and Brenda's violent ex Micah. Cathy knows what Brenda's friendship is worth and what Micah intends, and nobody else does. She spends the day working against both of them, gets past one crisis after another, and pushes to have the two of them answer for it before the hour comes around.

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
