Synopsis

The Augmented run an empire that mass-produces synthetic warriors, and the warriors are directed by an artificial intelligence that predicts what an opponent will do. Cole is the strongest soldier alive, and he has spent three years with his powers sealed, working as a janitor that people look down on, because his mother was murdered and he is in mourning for her. The seal breaks when his sister's life is at stake. He turns everything he has kept shut away on the Augmented, a human will against a thing grown in a laboratory on data.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
