The whole family dotes on her

Oh Hee-seon wanted Choi Seung-woo and could not have him. Fifteen years ago he was dying of a rare illness and she gave him one of her kidneys. Then the gap between their families and her family's opposition wore her down, and she left him with a line about not wanting to be a burden. She raised their daughter, Choi Ah-yeon, on her own. Hee-seon pulled Koo Jun-hyun, the heir to Gohyun Group, out of the path of a car, and the accident left her in a coma. Ah-yeon was still a child. She took work in a restaurant to cover the hospital bills, and Park Yeong-seo, a rich man's son, humiliated her there and then put her in danger. Seung-woo turned up, saw the necklace around Ah-yeon's neck that he had given Hee-seon, understood at once who the girl was, and stopped it. Jun-hyun recovered and learned that the woman who saved him was Hee-seon, so he went looking for the two of them. His family arranged a ceremony to acknowledge Hee-seon and only Hee-seon.
