Liar, Liar, Marriage on Fire

Carson's family lived for eight years on what his wife had signed over to them. Lauren is the only heir of Galaxy Group, and after the marriage she put the company and the family assets in her husband's family's hands. She ran into a woman called Rose at the kindergarten gate while she was picking up her daughter Xena. Rose had on the same outfit and was carrying the same bag. The bag Carson had given Lauren turned out to be a fake, and Lauren began looking into whether he was seeing someone. Her mother-in-law was minding Xena when the child got food poisoning and had to be taken to hospital. Lauren found Carson and Rose there with a child of their own. She put it to the family and every one of them denied it, and that was when she understood that her husband, his relatives and the other woman had worked together to strip her of what she had. Once Xena was out of danger she went after them. Carson and Rose were being treated in public as a rich businessman and his wife. Lauren laid out what they had been doing, put them out of her house and took back what was hers.
