Famine? Here Comes the Fishing Tyrant!

Famine has spread across the country and the state is falling apart. Bandits hold the roads, the officials take bribes, and one of the princes has raised a rebellion against the throne. The hunger comes down on Chen Teng, a young man who crossed over from another world and is stuck in this one with nothing to eat and people around him who beat him. By accident he sets off a system that lets him fish anything at all up out of the water. What comes up on the line includes strange objects and firearms. He uses them to save a woman fighter, protect his mother, and settle scores with the people who hurt him, and along the way he meets the daughter of a rich house. He takes down the bandits, then a corrupt official, then the rebel prince. He is later given the title Marquis of Anbang.
