Synopsis

Vidar was the Viking Lord of Dragons. He disappeared, and for five years he has lived on the frontier of Alderwyn as a stablehand, saying nothing about who he was. Hakon, chieftain of Valkr, then brings the empire to the edge of ruin. Vidar goes back to the skies. The choice in front of him is between blood and faith, and the fate of the empire rests on which he takes.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
