Ignored Heiress, Peerless Master

Ye Lingwei is the one in her family born with the talent for it, and her father has decided the family will go to her brother. The Ye daughters are there to be spent on that plan, and what Lingwei can do counts for nothing in front of him. She will not take the part. She gets out, and a Grand Master takes her on as a student. Her mother is the one who let her go, and the family works out that much and makes her answer for it over the years that follow. Lingwei stays until she has the whole of what the Grand Master teaches, then comes down off the mountain. Her mother is still inside the Ye house.
