The Crown of Thorns and Tide

Astraia is a daughter of Zeus and her parentage is kept hidden. She spends three years in a cursed wasteland healing lost souls, then returns to Athens to marry her mortal lover. What waits for her there is a betrayal. Around this time Leon Thalos, a son of Poseidon, is looking for divine reinforcements because a war is coming. He and Astraia have enemies in common and both are under pressure from their families, so they make an alliance and treat it as an arrangement. Divine power that had been dormant in her begins to wake, and the conspiracies among the noble houses come out into the open. The two of them go after the people who betrayed her, with the fate of the continent attached to it.
